Non-discriminatory premium
(Tax Law)
"Non-discriminatory premium" means that your health plan may not charge you, as an HCTC participant, a higher premium than a customer who is not an HCTC participant. Complaints about how premiums are set should be referred to your state's Department of Insurance.
